725 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using the 725 platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use the 725 platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 725 ("Platform"). The platform reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes take effect immediately upon being published on this website. Continued use of the platform following any published changes is deemed acceptance of the amended terms.

The 725 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that your use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 725 platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full name, date of birth, email address, and valid phone number. Providing false or misleading information at registration may result in your account being suspended or permanently closed.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 725 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the 725 support team immediately. The platform is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to protect their own login credentials.

Account verification may be required before certain features or higher transaction limits can be activated. Users may be asked to provide valid identification documents for this purpose.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

As a user of the 725 platform, you agree not to engage in any activity that is unlawful, fraudulent, or intended to manipulate game outcomes. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of automated software, bots, or other technical means to gain an unfair advantage over other users or the platform.

Users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Using another person's account or sharing your account with any third party.
  • Creating multiple accounts to repeatedly claim bonuses or promotions.
  • Using the platform for any money laundering activities or unauthorised fund transfers.
  • Posting offensive or defamatory content, or content that infringes copyright, through any communication channel on the platform.
  • Attempting to access or interfere with the technical infrastructure of the 725 platform without authorisation.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any account balance associated with the breach, and legal action where appropriate.

4. Payment & Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the 725 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform does not charge hidden fees for standard deposits; however, minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals may vary depending on the payment method selected.

Users are responsible for ensuring that the account holder name on the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits matches the name registered on their 725 account. Name discrepancies may cause transaction delays or rejections as a fraud prevention measure.

All withdrawal requests are subject to necessary security checks. 725 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits. Standard withdrawal processing times range from 30 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the chosen method and the user's account verification status.

Any bonus or promotional credit received is subject to the wagering requirements specified at the time the bonus is awarded. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. 725 reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through means that violate its terms of use.

5. Account Policy, Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property

Account Suspension & Closure

725 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable grounds to suspect that the account is involved in fraud, a breach of the terms of use, or unlawful activity. In cases where an account is closed due to a violation, funds on the account balance may not be returned, depending on the nature of the breach.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting 725 customer support. Any eligible balance will be returned via the original payment method once the required identity verification has been completed.

Limitation of Liability

725 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses resulting from technical service disruptions, system errors, or circumstances beyond the platform's control. 725's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 725 platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, is the exclusive property of 725 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 725.

Third-Party Links

The 725 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. 725 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites. Accessing external links is entirely at the user's own risk.

6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law

725 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Users are advised to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version. Continued use of the platform following any published changes constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

In the event of any conflict between the terms in this document and any other communication from 725, the most recent version of the Terms & Conditions published on this website shall prevail.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through mutually agreed channels between the user and the platform before any further action is taken.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the terms, while all other provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
